The Virtual Access Consultants™ (VAC) process is clear and streamlined.
- Submit Project Information
Provide relevant project documentation using the form below, or via email to projects@virtualaccess.au, including architectural drawings, survey information, planning or council approvals, and any supporting photographs required for assessment.
- Technical Review and Scope Confirmation
Upon receipt, we will acknowledge your submission and undertake a preliminary review of the documentation. We will confirm the scope of services and request any additional information required to accurately define the assessment.
- Fee Proposal Issued
A written fee proposal will be issued following our review. While our aim is to provide proposals within 48 hours, more complex or large-scale projects may require additional time.
